795 Dead Korean dictatorship state they won't share a dam thing

795 is one of the worst. One of the most dead states I've ever seen. Countless players have left and the state is doomed to lose every single SVS. There's no unity whatsoever, and the state keeps destroying itself. It has been like this for several months now, and keeps getting worse and worse. Dictatorship after dictatorship, it never gets old. Rebuilding the state would be nearly impossible now.
