Dodge 815 forever ( dictatorship, maybe castle rotate but 3 big alliances left and 1-2 are going to leave too ) , 805 and 890 are bad from what I've heard ( I want someone from that state to confirm the information ), 826 is okay WHEN you are in top 4 alliance, otherwise I wouldn't recommend ( or being at DRG but now they're weak and we're hoping when 826 being an ordinary state )
