State Transfer State Transfer I am in state 878 and I was curious when the state transfer opens for us and when it does what group would we be in? I am sick of my state we have one toxic alliance that’s constantly breaking and bending rules when it suits them! It’s gotten to the point where the other top 9 alliances don’t want to participate in svs and just watch them burn!
