908 is pretty good, I transferred in two transfer windows ago. Won every prep the state has had and always puts up a good fight, winning most of the time. There is a fair but friendly rivalry between alliances in-between SVS, and then everyone comes together to get that win when SVS arrives. The whales will often hop between alliances to make events more even in the state. Overall the state has good balance and is very stable so I recommend you look at 908 and see what you th…
