Refund Policy

State Stats Pro is sold by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd, the merchant of record for all our orders. Refunds are paid out by Paddle.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise it, inform Paddle of your decision by a clear statement, for example via paddle.net or by email to us at support@wos-transfer.com; we forward it right away. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. It is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period ends.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, all payments are refunded without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day your notice is received, using the same means of payment as the original transaction, at no cost to you. If you asked for the service to start during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount in proportion to what was provided until you withdrew. After a refund, Pro ends for the refunded period.

Refunds beyond the legal period

If Pro does not work as described, write to us at support@wos-transfer.com and we will find a solution, with a refund if needed. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time with “Manage subscription” on State Stats or at paddle.net. Pro then stays active until the end of the paid month and is not renewed.
